A house has a roof, some rooms, doors and windows. They let in
fresh air and light.

Types of Houses
There are two main types of houses: Kutcha houses and pucca
houses.
Kutcha House: Some houses such as huts
are kutcha houses . They are made of mud
and straw. They are not very strong. They
are mostly found in villages.
Pucca House: Some houses are made of
bricks, cement and steel. The doors and
windows are made of glass and wood.
They are mainly found in towns and cities.
They are strong. A big pucca house is called a
bungalow.
