We mostly eat three meals a day—breakfast, lunch and dinner.





            In  the morning, we  take breakfast                      .

            We  should  always  have  a  glass  of

            milk with breakfast.

                                                              should  eat  chapaties,  rice,  dal  and

                                                              vegetables in lunch.






            At night, we take dinner              . It is the last

            meal of the day. It should be light. A

            light dinner helps us sleep well.
