3.  Now, add the Length/ values      of characters or numbers a field can hold.

            4.  Finally, click on the Save   button to create the table structure.





































            Entering data in the Table
            To enter a data in a table, follow these steps:

            1.  Click on the table name     and then click on the Insert  button. The insert window appears. Enter
                 the values for each column in the Value field.
            2.  Click on the Go    button.
