            can see the Moon and stars at night.

                   small because it is very far from the Earth.

            Our Earth and moon are also the heavenly bodies.

            Moon revolves round the Earth. Moon does not

            have light of its own. It reflects the light of the Sun.

            The Earth and the moon are much smaller than

            the Sun. It look small because it is very very far

            from us.


            Also stars can be seen twinkling in the sky at night.
            There are countless stars in the sky.                                                The Moon

            The moon travels around the Earth once in 28 days (nearly a month). As it

            moves around the Earth, it appears to change its shapes. These different
