Collect data from library or the Internet on the following:
• Sex ratio in the last five years.
• CBSE class X results of boys and girls in India in the last five years.
• Number of girls/boys admitted in engineering/medical/general colleges.
• Income generated in the country (also called GDP) in the last ten years.
• Present the data in four different bar graphs. If needed to be taken help from your subject teacher or your
mathematics teacher and compile it in your notebooks. Discuss your findings in the class and also discuss your
individual observations.

• Imagine yourself as a film director. Your next film is based on gender stereotypes and your purpose is to
gradually reduce and ultimately eliminate gender-stereotyping from the mindset of people. What kind of story
would you like to work upon? Write a script in your notebook.
