                                     these may already be part of our daily routine, while others we may still
                                     need to work on. Along with good habits, it is also important to avoid bad
                                     habits.  There are some ways by which we can improve our health.

                                      •  Sleep on  me and rest for at least 8 hours.
                                      •  Wash your hands properly before and a er meals.
                                      •  Drink plenty of safe and clean water.
                                      •  Spend quality  me with loved ones.
