HEALTH: IS IT MORE THAN NOT FALLING SICK?
Health is not just about avoiding sickness; it is about living in a balanced and
happy way. Being healthy means taking care of your body by eating well,
exercising, and getting enough rest so that you feel strong and energetic. It
also means keeping a positive attitude, managing stress, and finding joy in
everyday life. Another part of health is having good relationships with
family, friends, and community, because feeling connected to others makes
